X could mean something different in every subject, but the task was always the same: find it, understand it and solve for it.
That gives X two connected meanings. It begins as the unknown, but it is also what we are searching for. Once discovered, it becomes the answer — the missing key that makes the whole system work.
In SOHOX, the capital X therefore represents both limitless possibility and the disciplined process of turning uncertainty into understanding, questions into answers, ideas into execution and problems into solutions.

Founder
SOHO is the center.
At the center of SOHOX is Soho — its founder, human origin, and the point where its many paths meet.
Growing up across different countries and regions introduced him to many cultures, languages and ways of life, and to the different challenges communities face. It shaped a belief that meaningful solutions begin with understanding people, places and their particular circumstances.
An engineer and entrepreneur with the eye of an artist and photographer, he brings technical precision together with a deeply visual sensibility — across infrastructure, technology, photography, design, fashion and the creation of images, objects, spaces and experiences. These are not separate identities. Each is another way to understand a question and bring an idea into form.
The vision for eleven SOHOX companies grows from these connected experiences. Each is a dimension of the founder's experience and way of thinking — from engineering and the built environment to technology, design, culture, energy, living, markets, ventures and social impact. Through SOHOXIMPACT, the long-term ambition is to help people in need gain access to fundamental necessities, dignity and opportunity.
The capital X is the unknown he was trained to solve for, and the intersection where the most valuable work happens — engineering with creativity, East with West, ideas with execution. The purpose: turn ideas into systems and solutions that improve people's lives, one company at a time. SOHOXBUILT is operating today; the rest will grow with partners who share the ambition.
Before these paths became a vision for SOHOX, they had already met in one person.
